Important Loyalty Changes

Alley Cats Coffee is migrating to a new loyalty program provider.

Why the change?
  • To serve you better!  The new system is directly integrated with our Point of Sale System
    • Less manual interaction for our employees
    • Speeds up time of service
    • Loyalty points are earned automatically, eliminating manual entry errors of points earned. 
    • Easier for our customers to see their rewards
  • It has the ability to provide loyalty points automatically for online purchases
  • It lets us communicate more effectively with our customers

Will I lose my existing points?
  • No, it will just take us a few weeks to get all the points transferred.
  • Point values transfer at a 1:1 ratio  (except now they are called "paws", because that's more fun than "points")
  • You may sign up and earn points, I mean "paws" right away.  Existing points will be added later.

Will I need to sign up again?
  • Yes, but we make it easy for you.
    • You may be asked to sign up for the loyalty program again the next time you make a purchase at the counter or via online ordering, simply by entering your phone number.
    • As we migrate customers, you may get a text message requesting you sign up for the loyalty system via text message.  Please accept / opt-in via the text message link.

What else is changed?
  • Points are earned by purchases in specific categories
  • There is greater flexibility to provide more unique rewards
  • Points will not expire for 18 months
  • Its easier to redeem points for rewards when ordering, both at the counter and online!
